Bricks or Sticks

With the support of Invest NI, the Innovation Factory and the Belfast International Homeoming, we are coming to Belfast.

Last October, I launched a workshop series for new and existing business owners with Jocelyn Ring, a top branding and leadership expert. It’s called Bricks or Sticks, and is designed to help business owners build solid foundations for their companies that last. 

Our goal is to help 25 Belfast business owners achieve their goals. The workshop is broken into four separate pillars that make up the foundation of every business, regardless of the size of your company. The pillars include: 

• How to navigate forks and obstacles in the road

• Changing your mindset to gain better control of your time

• Writing a GPS Plan for your business in 2023 (critical to your success)

• Why “D.C.A.” is the secret sauce to your success

• How to build your internal and external brand (a key component to success for companies that rely on referrals for their business).

We will run the workshop in Belfast the same way we run it in the United States. There will be a set of weekly videos and workbooks sent to attendees on Mondays (Sept 4th, 11th, and 18th). Attendees will watch the videos and do the work in the workbooks. On Thursdays (Sept 7th, 14th, and 21st), Jocelyn and I will host a one-hour interactive discussion with attendees on the work they did that week. On September 29th, we will host an in-person workshop for the 4th week of the workshop and review everything that attendees learned.
