The Harbourside Inn – Exclusive Delegate Rate

We are pleased to announce that The Harbourside Inn in Boston is our official partner hotel for this year’s conference. Delegates can take advantage of a special reduced rate of  $259 a night,  when booking their stay during the event.

Reservations must be made directly with the hotel’s reservations department by each delegate.

Important Dates:

Rooms will be held for our group until October 24, 2025 (21 days before arrival). Any rooms not booked by this date will be released to the public.

Extra Nights:

Guests may book additional nights before or after the conference dates at the same special rate, subject to room availability at the time of booking.

Payment & Check-In:

Guests are responsible for all charges. A valid credit or debit card and photo ID will be required at check-in.
