Your chipped bib and goody bag will be available for collection at Aisling Events offices from March 13th-16th. A text message with your personal bib number will be sent to you in advance. Please bring this with you to help us ensure a smooth process.

Any uncollected bibs will be brought to Visit Belfast on the morning of the race. Organisers are asking participants to avoid collecting their packs on the event day itself but understand that some participants may have unavoidable circumstances that require them to collect their packs on the day. If possible please plan your pack collection on one of the four days provided to minimize any potential delays or inconvenience on race day.

Opening times:

Wednesday 13th March from 4pm-8pm – Club/Gym/Team Collections

Thursday 14th March from 4pm – 8pm

Friday 15th & Saturday 16th March from 8am – 7pm

Bag Drop Pre-booking

Pre-booking for bag drop can be done at our pack collection venue with a suggested donation of £2. 

Marie Curie are providing a ‘bag-drop’ service on the morning of the 10k from 8:15am-8:45am. Runners can leave their belongings in their van, which will be outside City Hall’s front gates on the cobbled area. Marie Curie will transport these to the finish line in Ormeau Park. Please take responsibility for your own belongings. They cannot be left at the start line.

While every effort will be made to ensure the security and safekeeping of your belongings, participants are advised that they use the bag drop service at their own risk. Marie Curie, the organisers, and volunteers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items left in the bag drop area.  We recommend that participants do not leave valuable or irreplaceable items in their bags
